There are many challenges facing teams that operate in an international environment. Differences in culture, personality, and language all play a part in determining how well a team functions. And that’s on top of the potential pressure of economic downturns, limited resources, deadlines,
competitors, and ambitious targets.

Any organisation that is poor in collaborating is likely to perform below its potential – creative thinking will be at a minimum and its business strategy likely to lag behind more innovative competitors.

This workshop aims to enable the participants to address these challenges, overcome the barriers - both perceived and real - and realise the opportunities of being part of a first class international team.

​This is a 2-hour session focussing on building team engagement and developing collaborative communication. After discussion on how differing individual personalities and cultures within the team may impact communication, we will complete an experiential exercise.
