SOCIAL TICKET
The Social Ticket is designed for partners, spouses, and guests accompanying registered Expo delegates who wish to join the key social highlights of Self Storage Expo Asia 2026.
Social Tickets are only available to be purchased in connection with a valid Expo delegate ticket and must be linked to a registered ticket holder. This ensures a balanced and welcoming social environment for all attendees.
The Social Ticket provides access to the Expo’s main networking and celebration evenings, allowing guests to enjoy the most social and festive moments of the event while delegates attend the full conference programme.

A hosted dinner featuring an inspirational guest speaker, selected for their relevance to leadership, growth, and the self storage industry.
The evening is designed around hosted tables, encouraging deeper conversations in a relaxed but intentional environment.
Table Hosting
Table hosts may invite guests to sit at their table.
To host a table, a minimum purchase of five (5) or more Expo tickets (any ticket type) is required.

Programme and operational details are subject to change and SSAA reserves the right to amend as required right up to and during the event.

The SSAA has the final right of decision for all category definitions for ticket purchasers.‘Supplier’ means companies that provide services or products and are not operators or investors.

Above rates do not include flight, accommodation, transfers between airport and conference venue, visa fee and any personal consumption.

Nationals of some countries may need a visa to enter Japan. Please check with your local Embassy or consulate. It may take you 1-2 months to process your visa. Please contact the SSAA well in advance of the event should you require a letter or other assistance support your application for a visa with relevant authorities. The SSAA will not apply for a visa on your behalf.
