Junichi Kimura 木村 純一

Jyunichi Kimura is the President, CEO and Representative Director of Palma Co. For almost 20 years, he has cultivated a wide range of experience in the self-storage industry, from the development of indoor and outdoor facilities to operations and customer acquisition, from both a hands-on and management perspective. Before joining Palma Co. he worked with Kase Warehouse and Kase Trunk Service Co.

After joining Palma, a supplier company that supports self-storage operators, he put his knowledge of development work from his previous job to use in developing self-storage facilities for investors.

現在に至る

約20年に亘り、セルフストレージ業界において屋内・屋外施設の開発から運営・集客に至るまで、現場と経営の両視点から幅広い経験を培ってきた経歴を持つ。

セルフストレージ事業者を支援するサプライヤー企業であるパルマに入社後は、前職での開発業務の知見を活かして投資家向けのセルフストレージ施設開発に従事。

現在では、同社の代表取締役社長に就任し、セルフストレージ市場のさらなる発展と拡大に向けてその手腕を活かして尽力している。
