Sungmin is a director in JLL’s Asia Pacific Capital Market Research team in Singapore, getting involved with regional publications and projects related to capital market while tracing and analyzing offshore and domestic capital flows in key markets, sectors as well as asset classes across the Asia Pacific, offering real time intelligence and insights to various stakeholders at JLL as well as external clients.

Prior to the regional role at JLL, SG, Sungmin was head of research in JLL Korea for more than two years, leading the research team and publishing various market reports while he works closely with the Advisory division and other business lines, providing access to the latest market intelligence across sectors to external and internal clients. Prior
to JLL, he worked as a portfolio manager in equity, fixed income and alternative investments at the investment management division at Kyobo Life for nearly seven years. In addition, he has vast market research experience in information technology, healthcare and water business.
