Anirudha Ganguli

Anirudha is a Senior Director within JLL’s Asia Pacific Equity Advisory team based in Singapore. The Equity Advisory team advises on a wide range of services, including corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions, investment structuring, equity placement and debt finance. Anirudha current leads most self storage discussions within APAC in JLL and has been involved in transactions including the sale of Extra Space Asia, Mandarin Storage and platform opportunities in Japan. Prior to joining JLL, he was with Standard Chartered Bank for 12 years in the real estate team covering ASEAN and Australian markets.
