In his current dual role as Chief Operating Officer at both Triforce Investments and General Storage Company(GSC), Ken Tan is driving essential operational functions and strategic initiatives pivotal for the companies' global expansion. His diverse expertise is also steering GSC's transformative journey, ensuring its resilience for the future. Prior to joining Triforce Investments & GSC, Ken held progressive leadership roles at logistics and supply chain multinational organizations, including Singapore Post Ltd and Toll Global Logistics. As the Head of PMO and Change Management at Singapore Post Ltd, he orchestrated initiatives that streamlined processes and elevated operational excellence. His tenure as Vice President of Commercials and Asset Management at Toll Global Logistics allowed him to develop his expertise in business planning, commercial direction, and management of strategic assets.
