Anirudha Ganguli

Anirudha is an Executive Director within JLL’s Asia Pacific Equity Advisory team based in Singapore. The Equity Advisory team advises on a wide range of services, including corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions, investment structuring, equity placement and other forms of capital solutions. Anirudha currently leads most self storage discussions within APAC in JLL and has been involved in transactions including the sale of Extra Space Asia, Mandarin Storage, Storage Plus and continues active discussions advising capital looking at the sector. Prior to joining JLL, he was with Standard Chartered Bank for 12 years in the real estate team covering ASEAN and Australian markets.
