Ayana Ogawa earned her MBA from the Graduate School of Management at Globis University. After working at Nihon Shataku Service Co., Ltd. (now Sun Nexta Group Co., Ltd.), she joined Oliver Corporation in 2007. In 2022, she was appointed as the representative director of five companies within the Oliver Group.
